Tashkent, July 6 (Petra) - Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi met on Monday with Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to discuss cooperation and regional developments.

Reviewing the outcomes of King Abdullah II's 2025 visit to Uzbekistan, they called for advancing bilateral agreements and building stronger ties.

Discussions covered preparations for the first Jordan-Uzbekistan Business Forum and how to utilize the direct Amman-Tashkent flight to boost bilateral trade, tourism, and investment.

The two focused on deepening cooperation across economic, trade, investment, and cultural sectors, while addressing regional and international issues.
